Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and MORE DİJİTAL REKLAM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, trading as tasarim.ai (the “Supplier,” “we,” “us”). They govern the website, public directory, accounts and any digital service expressly offered through tasarim.ai.

A paid service is not offered unless its page or checkout identifies what is supplied, the price, applicable billing terms, material limits and availability.

• You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract to create an account or make a purchase.
• Provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for having authority to act for an organization.

Directory entries, comparisons and editorial information concern independent third parties. They are provided for general information and are not endorsements, guarantees or the third-party products themselves. Verify suitability, current terms and availability with the relevant provider before relying on an entry.

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant us and our processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, process, reproduce and transmit it only as needed to provide the requested function, secure and support the service, moderate submissions and meet legal obligations.

• You must have all rights, permissions and lawful bases needed for submitted content.
• Do not submit confidential information unless the feature expressly supports it and appropriate safeguards are stated.
• You remain responsible for your submissions and their lawful use.

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. It prohibits unlawful content, infringement, non-consensual likeness use, deceptive impersonation, sexual exploitation, attempts to bypass safety controls and uses forbidden by applicable payment-provider rules.

For any paid service, the checkout shows the final price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes before purchase. If a recurring plan is offered, it renews at the disclosed interval until canceled. Material price changes will be notified as required by law and applied only with any consent required by law.

Subscription Terms apply only if you expressly purchase a recurring plan.

When Paddle checkout is displayed, Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Your purchase transaction is with the applicable Paddle entity under the Paddle Buyer Terms; we remain the supplier responsible for licensing, access, product performance and support. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable sales taxes, receipts and transaction-level buyer support.

You can cancel a subscription through the method shown in the product and Paddle customer portal. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Refunds, withdrawal rights, duplicate charges and failed delivery are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's policies and non-waivable consumer law.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, legal compliance, provider requirements or a material breach. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using the service at any time; termination does not erase obligations or rights that by nature survive.

We may improve, replace or discontinue features. We will not materially reduce a prepaid core service without reasonable notice, a suitable replacement or a proportionate remedy where required. Maintenance, provider outages, quotas and force majeure can affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited.

For business users only, our aggregate liability arising from a paid service is limited to amounts paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This business limitation does not reduce mandatory consumer remedies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. The competent courts and authorities are determined by applicable mandatory law; no exclusive venue clause applies where it would unlawfully restrict a consumer remedy. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

We will post revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
