Refund Policy

This Policy applies only to a purchase expressly completed through Paddle for a digital service supplied by tasarim.ai. It supplements the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. Publishing this Policy does not mean that a particular paid service or subscription is currently offered.

Paddle is the merchant of record for a Paddle transaction. To request a refund, report an unrecognized or duplicate charge, or exercise a statutory withdrawal right, use Paddle Buyer Support. You may also contact iletisim@tasarim.ai for product access or delivery issues.

Unless applicable law, Paddle's Refund Policy or the checkout terms require otherwise, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may consider a discretionary refund under its current policy.

• Mandatory withdrawal, cancellation and refund rights in the buyer's country always apply.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported to Paddle.
• A service that is materially defective, not as described or not delivered remains subject to applicable consumer remedies and Paddle's current policy.
• Evidence of fraud, refund abuse or manipulative behavior may result in refusal where permitted by law.

Where permitted by law, checkout may ask you to expressly request immediate access to digital content or services and acknowledge the effect on a statutory withdrawal right. This acknowledgement does not remove rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered products and does not apply where local law prohibits the waiver.

If you purchase a subscription, cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. It does not automatically refund the current period. See the Subscription Terms.

Paddle evaluates transaction refund requests under its then-current policy and applicable law. Where possible, an approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Access associated with a refunded transaction may end. Payment-network and bank processing times are outside our control. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
