MORE DİJİTAL REKLAM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, trading as tasarim.ai, is the controller of personal data processed through this website and our products, except where a provider such as Paddle acts as an independent controller for its own service.

• Account data such as name, email address, authentication identifiers and account preferences.
• Contact, newsletter, directory-submission and support information that you choose to send.
• Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, timestamps, security events and service interactions.
• Content and settings that you choose to submit through an available feature.
• For a purchase completed through Paddle: transaction, subscription, entitlement and customer identifiers received from Paddle. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.

We receive data directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from authentication and infrastructure providers involved in your request, and from Paddle if you complete a Paddle transaction. Directory information may also come from public sources or third-party submitters; such information is reviewed under our editorial processes.

• Perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps and provide the website, account and any service you request.
• Comply with tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, sanctions and other legal obligations.
• Protect the service, enforce our terms and establish or defend legal claims based on legitimate interests.
• Operate optional analytics only with consent where consent is required.
• Answer requests and improve the service based on legitimate interests or consent, as applicable.

Content submitted through an available feature is processed only as described at the point of collection and in this Policy. Where a third-party processor is needed to provide that feature, the relevant provider and role will be identified in our Service Providers list before the processing begins.

• Do not submit confidential, unlawful or third-party personal data unless you have a valid legal basis and all required permissions.
• Authorized personnel may review content where reasonably necessary for support, security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
• Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups, abuse-prevention records or legally required records.

When Paddle checkout is offered, Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, payment, tax, invoicing, fraud and buyer-support data under its own Privacy Notice. Paddle may share identifiers, contact details and transaction or subscription status with us so we can provision and support the product. Payment-card details are entered directly into Paddle's environment.

We disclose data only as needed to service providers, professional advisers, authorities, a successor in a corporate transaction, or other parties at your direction. Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use applicable transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards; mandatory disclosures to authorities remain possible.

Account data is generally retained while the account remains active; support and security records are retained for a limited period based on risk; transaction and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Any feature-specific retention period will be disclosed when the data is collected. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required, subject to backups, disputes and legal holds.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or a copy of your data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. EEA and UK residents may complain to their local supervisory authority. California residents may also request to know, correct or delete covered information and may exercise applicable opt-out rights without discrimination. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
