1. When these terms apply
These terms apply only if a checkout expressly identifies a purchase as a recurring subscription. Publishing them does not mean that a subscription is currently offered.
2. Plan disclosure
Before purchase, the checkout must show the price and currency, billing interval, what is included, material limits, any trial or promotional conditions, and how to cancel. The checkout confirmation controls if it differs from general marketing copy.
3. Automatic renewal
A recurring plan renews and Paddle charges the payment method at each disclosed interval until cancellation. Paddle may send renewal or payment notices where required. You authorize recurring charges by completing checkout; any additional consent required by local law will be collected.
4. Trials and promotions
If a trial or promotion is offered, its duration, eligibility conditions, charge date and post-trial price must be shown before enrollment. A trial converts to a paid subscription only as disclosed and subject to any consent required by law.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel through Paddle's customer portal or another method displayed in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless checkout or mandatory law says otherwise. Access may end when that period ends.
6. Payment failure and changes
Paddle may retry failed recurring payments. Access may be limited during delinquency and restored after payment. Material plan or price changes will be notified in advance as required; where consent is required, the change will not apply without it.
